From Arouca to Portela of Moldes and thence to the place of Pedrogão. The approach to the start of the route is through the PR8 ("Route of the Black Gold") to the mines of Pena Amarela, starting up the route on the wooden bridge. Ends in Bouceguedim bridge on the road to Rio de Frades. (Height - 200 meters; approximate distance - 1750 meters; rope required - 60 meters).
