The Casazul is a project of Zoom a Cultural Association whose aim is to accommodate artists, creators and other cultural actors.
This building was constructed in two phases. The original project included a two-floor block with the front facing south, to which it was added a new block with three floors and a garage with access to a wide backyard.
Nowadays, the building presents, on the ground floor, a shop divided into three areas, a cellar and a garage. On the first floor, there is a corridor that divides the new part from the old one. On the side of the main facade there are three living rooms, while in the north side, there are three living rooms, a kitchen, a hall and two bathrooms. The second floor also gives access to a middle floor, composed of three divisions and a bathroom. The middle floor, at the time was used for accommodation of the maids, gives access to the backyard. In the future this place will be used for workshops, lectures, conferences, talks, concerts, performances and video projections.
