The feast in honour of Our Lady of La Salette starts with a huge candlelight procession, with the (unique) image of Our Lady of La Salette, from the chapel of La-Salette to the Parish Church.
Ends with the "Triumphal Procession," which brings together brotherhoods from all the parishes of the Vicarship of Oliveira de Azeméis, carrying the image in the opposite direction, back to the chapel. This Procession pull in the crowds. On the following Monday is tradition the families having a picnic in the Park of La Salette.
During the week there is a program with different events.
This feast starts always on the 1st Sunday of August and ends on the 2nd Monday of August.
