The Fishing Club of Faial is situated in Vila de Prado, was founded on 24 February 1989, developing various activities, in particular sports fishing highlighting the participation in several national and international competitions.
Has in charge the Track of the River Cávado, situated on the right bank of the River Cávado, starting at the Yacht Club from the Vila of Prado and ending near the dam of Ruães, with a length of about 2000 metres.
