Description

The Multipurpose Pavilion of Fafe is a modern facility in the outskirts of the town, designed for top-level sports events, large shows or exhibitions.
The building was designed by architect Carlos Prata and consists of a ground level with a sports floor, two upper floors, changing rooms and technical areas.
The pavilion is equipped with stage, sports and supporting materials, 5 main stands, 4 changing rooms, 1 changing room for umpires, 4 dressing rooms, surround sound system, heating and cooling, bar, sports field, surveillance cameras, toilets, medical centre, communications and electrical power.
It seats up to 1646 people but can accommodate up to 5000 people.
The pavilion is situated in a large city park with extensive lawns and resting areas.
