It is a green space on the banks of the requalified River Leça. It was inaugurated on the 16thAugust, 2009. The park is equipped with infrastructures that allow the outdoor sporting activities. The famous Resineira factory that was dedicated to the glues and varnishes manufacture, was installed in the area since the beginning of the XX century. Upstream, there is a flat granite bridge with access to the place of Sampaio. There are watermills in relatively good condition along this area.
