It is a very popular restaurant in the region. It is located in the Pousada de Santa Maria do Bouro where long ago the refectory of the monks was. The restaurant has a very rich menu in traditional northern cuisine. However, its greatest originality lies in the “buffet” of fifteen desserts, which are exhibited on the stone table settled in the center of the refectory.
